Closed from 12 – 1 pm each day for lunch. Our drive-thru window is also open for customer convenience and for a minimal fee; we do accept Mastercards, Visa, and Discover Cards. We also have an after-hours drop box located next to the drive-thru window. You may also receive your bill via email. Inquire in the office for details. ***If your service is disconnected for non-payment, you can only pay in cash or money order to be reconnected. Online and phone payments WILL NOT reinstate your service. Please contact the Water Department at 334-599-3747 for more information. ***ATTENTION*** Our online system will be updated as of April 30, 2024. All customers will need to create a new profile using the account number printed on their billing statement. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR BILL This bill is due by the 10th of each month. A 10% penalty will be added after the 10th. If the bill is not paid by the 15th, service is subject to be disconnected. The reconnection fee is $50.00. If your service is disconnected, the entire bill plus the reconnection fee must be paid in cash or money order to be reconnected. It cannot be paid online nor on the phone payment number. If the meter is removed, the entire bill plus a fee of $150.00 must be paid to reset the meter. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Daleville estimates that its anticipated allocation from the Rebuild Alabama Act fund for the Fiscal Year 2024 will be approximately $51,344.00 to be used for street maintenance, improvement, replacement and construction of roads within the City of Daleville, with the increasing allocations for each fiscal year thereafter.
