Recreation Aide
Part-Time
The City of Daleville Parks and Recreation Department is accepting applications for Part Time Recreation Aide.
Applicants must be available to work evenings and weekends. This is a non-supervisory position that works with children and the general public. Knowledge of sports recreation is a plus but not required. Experience working with the public, children, sales and money handling is required. Applicants may work off site at area sporting events as a recreation aide for the Daleville recreation sports team.

Recreation Labor II
Full-Time
​
Maintains parks and facilities within the Parks and Recreation Department; performs related work as required. Performs manual work associated with the repair, maintenance and beautification of City parks and related areas. The work is performed under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor; performs the duties of other employees in the Parks and Recreation Department as required or as assigned by supervisor. The principal duties of this position are performed in an outdoor environment, which may involve adverse weather conditions and related hazards. Work is performed in a noisy place that exposes the employee to dust, dirt, grease, and machinery with moving parts. Work requires the use of protective devices, such as glasses, gloves, etc.; may perform the assigned duties on athletic fields, City parks or in the community center and related facilities..
Starting pay is $10.50
