Our drive-thru window is also open for customer convenience and for a minimal fee; we do accept Mastercards, Visa, and Discover Cards. We also have an after-hours drop box located next to the drive-thru window. You may also receive your bill via email. Inquire in the office for details.

***If your service is disconnected for non-payment, you can only pay in cash or money order to be reconnected. Online and phone payments WILL NOT reinstate your service. Please contact the Water Department at 334-599-3747 for more information.

Our online system will be updated as of April 30, 2024. All customers will need to create a new profile using the account number printed on their billing statement.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR BILL
This bill is due by the 10th of each month. A 10% penalty will be added after the 10th. If the bill is not paid by the 15th, service is subject to be disconnected. The reconnection fee is $50.00. If your service is disconnected, the entire bill plus the reconnection fee must be paid in cash or money order to be reconnected. It cannot be paid online nor on the phone payment number. If the meter is removed, the entire bill plus a fee of $150.00 must be paid to reset the meter.

Failure to receive a bill is no excuse for non-payment. Normal billing date will occur by the 10th of each month. Bills are considered delinquent if not paid within fifteen (15) days of the bill date.

If, for whatever reason, we are unable to read your meter, you will receive an estimated bill. An "E" will be printed on your bill if it is estimated.

IF YOU PLAN TO MOVE, you are responsible for notifying the Company before your moving date. If you fail to do this, you may have to pay for service at your old address even after you vacate the premises.

Water and Sewer Rates 

 

The Daleville Water & Sewer Board voted on June 19, 2007, to increase water & sewer rates for the
Residents and Businesses of Daleville. Rates will also increase by 5% per year beginning in 2008. The 2023 new rates, as of October 1, will be as follows:


Residential Water:
$19.74 Minimum Rate (up to 3,000 gallons)
After 3,000 gallons, the charge is $2.98 per 1,000 for all else.


Small Business/Professional:
$21.80 Minimum Rate (up to 3,000 gallons)
After 3,000 gallons, the charge is $3.12 per 1,000 for all else.


Commercial/Industrial:
$31.18 Minimum Rate (up to 3,000 gallons)
After 3,000 gallons, the charge is $3.24 per 1,000 for all else.


Sewer-Residential:
$13.60 Minimum Rate (up to 3,000 gallons)
After 3,000 gallons, the charge will be $2.15 per 1,000 for all else.


Sewer-Business:
$17.06 Minimum Rate (up to 3,000 gallons)
After 3,000 gallons, the charge will be $2.26 per 1,000 for all else.


Sewer-commercial:
$21.56 Minimum Rate (up to 3,000 gallons)
After 3,000 gallons, the charge will be $2.34 per 1,000 for all else.


Garbage:

Business---$22.00
