Our drive-thru window is also open for customer convenience and for a minimal fee; we do accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover Cards. We also have an after-hours drop box located next to the drive-thru window. You may also receive your bill via email. Inquire in the office for details.
The City of Daleville Water has partnered exclusively with nexBillPay to extend an additional payment option for customers interested in using their check, debit card, or credit card. nexBillPay is a trusted third-party automated payment service that allows you to pay online. Starting July 2, 2018, our online system will be making an update. All customers will be required to create a new profile using the account number printed on your billing statement.

If you pay your bill after the 10th, the amount shown on nexbillpay may not reflect the late fee. Please see your bill for the correct amount. If our service is disconnected for non-payment, you can only pay in cash or money order to be reconnected. Online and phone payments WILL NOT get your service reinstated. Water and Sewer Rates
The Daleville Water & Sewer Board voted on June 19, 2007, to increase water & sewer rates for the Residents and Businesses of Daleville. Rates will also increase by 5% per year beginning in 2008. The 2022 new rates, as of October 1, will be as follows:
Residential Water:
$18.80 Minimum Rate (up to 3,000 gallons)
After 3,000 gallons, the charge is $2.84 per 1,000 for all else
Small Business/Professional:
$20.77 Minimum Rate (up to 3,000 gallons)
After 3,000 gallons, the charge is $2.98 per 1,000 for all else
Commercial/Industrial:
$29.70 Minimum Rate (up to 3,000 gallons)
After 3,000 gallons, the charge is $3.09 per 1,000 for all else
Sewer-Residential:
$12.96 Minimum Rate (up to 3,000 gallons)
After 3,000 gallons, the charge will be $2.05 per 1,000 for all else
Sewer-Business:
$16.25 Minimum Rate (up to 3,000 gallons)
After 3,000 gallons, the charge will be $2.16 per 1,000 for all else
Sewer-commercial:
$20.54 Minimum Rate (up to 3,000 gallons)
After 3,000 gallons, the charge will be $2.23 per 1,000 for all else
