This manhole was recorded in a video on social media with sewage leaking into a nearby stream or creak. The city's water department has since unclogged the manhole, which was said to be clogged with grease.

The Daleville Christian Fellowship Worship Center hosted the 24th Annual Peace Parade on Saturday, Jan. 27. The parade was followed with a program that included a litany dance and a message from a guest speaker. The theme of this year's program was "A Community United in Love with One Purpose."

Following an executive session during the Daleville City Council's regular meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 16, City Attorney Henry Steagall announced that the council now has a vacancy.
