Daleville offers extensive mix of cuisines
This is the second part in a three-part series looking at the city of Daleville’s slogan Shop, Dine, Play. Back in the summer, people began to notice bright new banners flying at the two major intersections in the city. The banners give center stage to Daleville’s new logo, better representing the “City of Opportunities,” according to Mayor Claudia Wigglesworth. She wants everyone to know just how much Daleville has to offer when it comes to playing, shopping and dining. This second part looks at “dine.”So many people just drive past Daleville as they head to Dothan or to Enterprise, or even straight through it, to go onto Fort Rucker, never noticing the eclectic mix of places to eat that are scattered throughout the city. You can eat almost any cuisine, from American to Korean to Chinese to Japanese to Thai to Mexican and so on. A few restaurants have existed long enough that people do, in fact, come from miles around to enjoy the different cuisines.
