Check presented to Daleville football program
Dale County Commissioner Steve McKinnon presented a $3,000 check from the state legislature, via State Sen. Harri Ann Smith, to Daleville High School Head Coach Josh Parrish Monday, Feb. 22. Parrish said the money is much needed and he is most appreciative of the support. Acting Daleville City Schools Superintendent Dr. Diane Flournoy said, “This donation is going to be a great benefit to the football program in helping them to do some much needed purchasing.” Pictured front row, from left are Daleville Mayor Claudia Wigglesworth, McKinnon, Flournoy, and Parrish.
